As Google Affiliate Network (GAN) sign-in along with Adsense, I applied for a new adsense account and it's second step is on hold but i started GAN advertisers promotion on my sites.
Will Google pay me from GAN sales if adsense is not 100% approved.

Will GAN pay you for sales made before your AdSense account is approved? Yes. Will GAN pay you for sales made if your AdSense account does not get approved? No. They pay through your AdSense account so without a valid AdSense account, you cannot be paid.
