| Two affiliate campaigns and correct reporting

Hi Guys,
We have 2 programs Managed and Indy ( an independent). The visitors which are coming by direct link from indy still get reported as sales from managed. Obviously only the latter should get commission. What can be a workaround to consider only the last affiliate even the managed dropped in its cookie before to the visitor?

Addition: CommissionJunction affiliate network is the managed one.
