| Cash back website. How to build?

I want to build a cash back website (aka rewards site) myself.
Is there off the shelve product that I can buy? My budget is a few hundreds dollars.
Or, alternatively, is there "big" cash back website that provide private label service?

I have one. Good luck. It's extremely complex, and will take thousands of coding hours. You'd better love and understand databases, because that's what your product is, underneath.

I'm with leafgreen... wishing all good luck, but not for a few hundred bucks. Money pit kind of thing until (IF) it gets started.
