I would like to add CJ affiliate links to my info site. I would like to create a whole new section on my site with info and links to this affiliate program (20 to 50 links on each page on the new section). I am using nofollow attribute but I am still concerned about the impact of the affiliate links on the SEO for my site. Has anyone done this and noticed a negative impact on SEO?

If it is no followed, I don't think you will have a problem and even if it is indexed, I don't think you will have a problem.

If you can add some information about the links (product reviews, why someone should buy something from a particular merchants) to products, merchants or whatever you link to then you've got yourself some unique content and might even pull in some search traffic from those pages ad have a better chance of generating sales.

Perhaps use javascript links, so that you retain the PR within your site. NoFollow links deduct from the PR of your own site, without affecting the PR of the recipient site.

That many links on one page to one program sounds excessive (and potentially spammy). Especially if you don't have a lot of content.

I recently posted text links for all of my affiliate partners on the home page of my new business blog. I am running tests.

The blog has no PR yet.. but I am hoping with the next update. Can listing all of the textual affiliate links hurt insofar as Pagerank?

Q.
