Commission Junction breaks up advertisers by category. For example, one of the categories is "Handbags." If you put "handbags" in Google's Keyword Tool, it'll tell you that one of the sub-niches is "brown handbags." Now -- what if I setup a page on my website talking about the different online outlets that sell brown handbags, and review each outlet (not review the handbags). For example, I compare three different outlets, talk about the selection of brown handbags they have, talk about their return policy, customer service, the types of brown handbags they carry, etc.
Then in the end, recommend one of the outlets.
Hopefully, searchers would land on my page to learn more about where to buy brown handbags and then I'd redirect them to appropriate sellers and get credit.
Would this be a viable way to promote Commission Junction advertisers?
I'm planning to invest a lot on this...but before I do that, I'd like to hear a second opinion...
Thanks,
