I have recently set up an advertising business in Liverpool. We specialise in publishing a monthly magazine for Liverpool, in addition to having an online listing site.
Our first issue is out in July and we are struggling to find our first customers.
I know this forum is mainly for web based advertising, but can anyone give me any hints or tips on the best way to get my first customers? I have a website set up which contains all details of our services and rates, and I have recently added an image of what our magazine cover looks like.
We currently have 2 offers available to all customers which are: '50% reduction off fees for our July issue' and we also offer '2 months for the price of 1'.
Any ideas or info will help me greatly.
