I have affiliate program for my site and I am desperately trying to find affiliates who want to join it. I can provide them with white labeled sites.
My question is where can I find affiliates without their own sites? I would prefer them to be some adword guys but in the moment I am willing to accept almost everyone.
Do you know some place where adword guys hang out and look for a potential job?

PubCon, affiliate summit & other conferences are probably best. If you want to hire someone to do PPC, Craigslist might be a good palce to post.
