Have you engaged in any "guerilla" techniques that have been successful?
A friend was telling me about having 10,000 #2 pencils imprinted with a special business URL & message and leaving the pencils everywhere he went. It resulted in a lot of traffic to the URL.
Although I haven't yet tried it, I've been considering getting a bumper sticker or having the url of a local-interest site put in letters on the back window of my truck. Has anyone had any good results from doing something like this?
do a search for "Lawn Signs Conquer the American Landscape" in google. It's a guy talking about the company that puts up signs all over the place for a matchmaking service.
