I have tried to get in touch with Burst several times in the last couple of weeks. I mislaid my interface password when I reinstalled my operating system recently, which is a foolish oversight, though I find it extraordinary that Burst has to be the only company left on the web which doesn't have a "Forgotten your password?" link on the interface login page.
I have filled in the contact form three times (which has about fifteen fields to fill in, just to put you off from contemplating it) but every time I click submit, it goes through to a non-existent page which doesn't fill me with hope that the data is actually being sent anywhere.
I did send an email after the third time in as many weeks, but I never received any reply.
I have tried the UK freephone number a couple of times, but an automated message at the other end simply tells me the number does not exist.
I also tried the NYC number twice and left a message both times on the automated answering service. No-one got back to me - not by email and not by calling me.
Does anyone work at Burst Media? Does the company even exist? Did I imagine it?
All I want is to be able to reset my password.
But I can't seem to contact the company
1) through its own website
2) by email
3) on two different phone numbers
How badly does Burst Media not want to be contacted?
If anyone has a number for the company or knows how to get in touch with them, please can you sticky me? Many thanks in advance.
