I run a site about a specific tourist destination which has it's high season from Mid Dec thru Easter. I already run some succesful affiliate advertising, adsense and some paid ads from private companies that we have negotiated by email.

I've had an enquiry from a media buyer who represents 4,000 travel service companies and also a direct approach form a large Spring Break travel company. I think now I need to be a little more on the ball with my rates.

My site consists of a PR5 homepage which receives 2K a day peaking at 3K a day in high season. All very targetted potential clients to this one destination. I also have a PR4 forum with 400,000+ posts from 7,100+ members whcih receives 1.5K to 2.5K uniques depending on season.

Any ideas on what to charge or advice on calculating a rate would be appreciated.
