Greetings to the forum

We are based in the UK and planning to take in a UI/UX consultant to assist with some known issues taken from observations in our training centre whilst training candidates.
What should we expect to pay, for these services for a person with many years of experience to assist in the following deliverables?

1) Users interface that is, friendly, eye-catching, simple & easy-to-use, has the compelling reason to buy factor, meets our clients requirements and will follow some form of industry guideline or at least a hybrid of industry guidelines and design principles.

2) A user-interface that has been thought of properly meeting with all recent analysis of user studies and interactions with applications.

3) Considered and identified the known issues taken from recent observations of our product in the training department and use the outcomes to shape the new product.

All tips pointers appreciated
