Expression Web and accessibility, do the two go together?

I'm thinking about switching to Expression Web. All the hype I've read about it says that it's great for building accessible websites, but I haven't seen any objective opinions on that. Since there are some people here who are knowledgeable about accessibility, I thought I'd ask whether anyone has tried EW and found it a good tool - or not - for building accessible sites?

I haven't used the product but I would say that building accessible sites has far more to do with using the correct techniques and accessibility paradigms than the editor you use.

You still need to know the WCAG (Web Content Accessilbity Guidelines [w3.org]) rules and how to structure your page, I personally think that knowing these is part of the key to bulding accessible sites.
