I live in the smack middle of the USA. However there is a growing local population of Hispanics. The website I'm building is for a local business that sells Widgets for everyday uses. We also provided service on these widgets. Our Competitors don't target the Hispanic population. I would like to start targeting them though our website.

Any Suggestions? Are there Spanish search engines? What about Browsers. I added a meta language tag on a Spanish form page I made. Does anyone know of any good web articals that talk about this, and maybe some statistics on US Hispanic web usage?

Spanish search engines? What about Browsers

Browsers do indeed support Spanish and many other languages. Open the help text for your browser and search for "languages" and you'll find out how to setup your browser for multiple languages. Add Spanish to the list and move it to the top of your preferences and then go visit Google. You'll see how Content Negotiation [w3.org] works.
