But how do you tell a visitor your cool picture is actually a link? A blue box ruins the look of your site. Lots of 'click here's' look naff. What do you do to highlight your pictures as links?

msg:3325993 | 9:10 am on Apr 30, 2007 (gmt 0) | If you choose not to use the blue outline, then either your page design must make it obvious, or you must tell the reader - with a 'naff' phrase. A better alternative would be to have a clickable picture caption, thus removing any confusion, and assisting in SEO. Don't forget the appropriate ALT text, too.
