Pop Up Window Issues
My site is 99% done except for this issue

 5:33 pm on Sep 15, 2006 (gmt 0)

My site is at [snip] and I have one issue.

I have two pop up windows:

1) Detatchable CD Player
2) Floating Chat Window

the problem is when you detach the CD Player, and the Floating Chat Window they only populate one window. So. If I have the chat window open and click detach CD player it opens in the Chat window. And visa versa.. Argh....

Do you know How I could fix this?

[edit reason] Removed URI Reference - Please Refer to TOS [/edit]

First, you should re-read the TOS, specifically where it says not to post URLs.

Second, you should edit your post to remove the URL.

My guess is that your are using the same name for both popup windows.

Sorry this is my first time using this site.

Could you give a bit more detail? Do I have to change the target for the pop up? I am looking at the code and do not have any more ideas on how to accomplish this.

Thanks :)

One of the parameters for popup windows is the name of the popup window. If you give 2 windows thew same name, they will overwrite each other instead of opening 2 different windows.

Assuming you're using JavaScript to open the windows, you're probably better off posting in that section.
